About the event
THIS Thursday JOIN COACH JT/Jessica through a guided exercise to hone in on your life values, talk about some ways we can productively move through the stress + difficult times we are dealing with.
Why values? When we have a good sense of our personal values, we are less likely to get hooked by difficult thoughts and feelings (can cause us to take action opposite of our values) and we are more likely to act in alignment with those values. This can happen with bigger picture pandemic uneasiness or acute situations with friends or family and any situation in between!
We'll also learn how to better engage in our world through a grounding exercise for more fulfilling relationships, more focused attention to our goals and more engaged with day to day tasks.
