1:1 Training

Not everyone has the same needs. In fact, it’s hard to find two people who benefit from the exact same approach to health! Let’s get to know each other and together we’ll build out your personalized fitness plan.

INFit is a great fit for those who are working on finding more consistency with movement or exercise to those who already have some experience with exercise to those who exercise regularly + want to take their training to the next level. This style of training leans toward functional fitness with a strong emphasis on progressively gaining strength + power through excellent form + moving well. Mobility + flexibility limitations will be addressed through physical assessments. We'll build on your current strength, endurance, resiliency and overall fitness levels. 

Training Includes:

  • 2 45-min (8/month) 1:1 sessions featuring customized progressive programming so you keep seeing results.

  • Efficient: Additional AT-HOME daily workouts feature full body, Multi-joint focus to make the most of your time.

  • Equipment needed: Great for those with limited home based equipment to those with more equipment options- there are options for everyone!

  • Options for ALL fitness levels (yes even beginners!), modifications, accessory work and other coaches notes provided.

  • Send 1 form check per week for coach feedback.

  • Virtual, in-person or semi-virtual 1:1 training options are available!

  • Training PLUS nutrition packages are available!

  • For those seeking IN-PERSON training, this is a completely private facility open ONLY TO INF members. INF holds itself to the HIGHEST CLEANING STANDARDS. We follow CDC regulations for cleaning + disinfecting + have installed additional air flow + filtration for maximal fresh air exchange.


Goals that are great a great fit for INFit + INFStrong programs include, but are not limited to:

  • Tone my body/see muscle definition

  • Are working out but aren't really seeing results. 

  • Build strength

  • Improve metabolism

  • Change body composition

  • Reduce aches/pains

  • Interested in strength training but aren't sure how/worried about injury

  • Reduce injury for other sports (volleyball, basketball, running etc)

For best results + overall health, INFit Plus Nutrition is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

You can spend hours in the gym, but your results will be limited unless you are also addressing your DAY TO DAY LIFESTYLE.

INFStrong* is geared towards those who have experience with strength training, are somewhat self directed + are competent in the basics of form and technique. If you just want to get better at the Olympic lifts (snatch and clean+jerk) or are curious about competing, you should reach out!

This includes individuals who want to train to train OR those who are interested looking to compete. Templates for 2, 3, 4 or 5 days are available! Virtual or semi-virtual training available. INQUIRE HERE FOR MORE DETAILS
