Nutrition for All: I believe that nutrition is instrumental to each person's pursuit to a happier, healthier life. I also believe that this is a primary form of self care. My approach to nutrition might be a bit different than what you're used to. You won't find any lists of banned foods or cookie cutter meal templates here!

What I've found over the years of coaching hundreds of people on nutrition is that restriction or creating a bunch of rules around how and what we eat does not work for the vast majority of people, in the long term. What does work? CONSISTENCY. 

So what does the alternative look like? Consistently eating balanced meals to support your activity levels and goals. Learning to better understand what your body needs day to day, learning to trust yourself and your body again. How food, sleep, stress, exercise, mindset and other factors are connected. Also, if you've ever experienced food guilt, to get to where you don't ever feel guilty about what you eat...EVER again. Food is meant to be something we enjoy and savor. 

My nutrition coaching focuses on strategic, doable daily actions that are designed to fit into YOUR lifestyle.

With this approach, you’ll learn how to:

  • Improve your eating habits — without dieting, counting everything you put in your mouth or feeling deprived.

  • Learn to enjoy movement or exercise and become consistent with it!

  • Ditch the food rules—overcoming the guilt and shame. #nofoodrules

  • Feel energized all day—so you can enjoy all the things you want and need to do. 

  • Get the results you’ve always wanted—and build the healthy habits you need to keep them, sustainably. 

Bottom line: You will learn how to not only “eat better” but thrive in all areas of your life. By building habits that  become easy, consistent, and automatic. No "one size fits all" here! 

Instead, you’ll learn how to implement healthier habits and get in amazing shape—while continuing to build on those habits to maintain your new super powers!

Nutrition for Performance: If you're an athlete at ANY level, to get the most out of your training, you'll need to pay a little more attention to what day to day nutrition and lifestyle factors look like. The same concepts above still apply BUT it IS possible to compete and still ENJOY food and meals without stress.  

My specialty is those in strength sports but I have worked with athletes of all backgrounds to maximize performance both in and out of training.
